OVERVIEW:
OneFrame was engaged to design and engineer a customised solution in collaboration with Trans-Space, integrating seamlessly with their operable wall system.
While reproducing a vibrant, high-resolution image on the specified fabric was a straightforward task, the greater challenge lay in engineering a mounting system that would allow the printed fabric to be fitted directly to the face of the operable panels—without compromising the folding functionality of the wall when retracted.
Through iterative prototyping and close technical coordination with the Trans-Space team, we developed a solution that preserved the operable wall’s full functionality while achieving the precise visual outcome specified by the project architect.
The final result delivered on both performance and aesthetics—maintaining the operability of the wall system while presenting a seamless, high-impact fabric finish.
