Fabric Print Production

Dye-sublimation is probably the most technically advanced large-format textile print technology available in the market today. The technology is not considered a mainstream option as it is seen as an extremely labour demanding and capital-intensive colour reproduction process.

Dye-sublimation printing yields beautiful and permanent colours that are embedded in the substrate or fabric, rather than printed on the surface. Images on fabric won't fade or crack even after multiple washing.
Under high temperature and pressure, the dye turns into a gas and permeates the fabric and then solidifies into its fibres. The fabric is permanently dyed so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the image.
