At OneFrame, sustainability has never been an afterthought—it’s at the core of everything we do. That’s why we’re incredibly proud to share that we have been featured in the very first Circular Economy Directory for Aotearoa New Zealand, facilitated by the Sustainable Business Network (SBN).
A Collective Step Toward a Circular Future
The directory is the first of its kind in New Zealand, bringing together businesses, innovators, and changemakers who are committed to building a circular economy—where waste is designed out, resources are kept in use, and the systems we create actively regenerate our environment. Being part of this initiative signals not just recognition of our work, but also our responsibility to help lead the way in this vital transition.
Why This Matters
For years, New Zealand has lagged behind in closing material loops, particularly in sectors such as textiles and aluminium. Our Second Thread “Back to Base” program was established to change this—by collecting, shredding, and recycling fabric membranes into new products, and by piloting closed-loop systems for aluminium, LED modules, and other components.
By joining the Circular Economy Directory, we stand alongside other businesses who believe that sustainability is not only possible, but essential. This collective effort amplifies impact, drives innovation, and helps create solutions at scale.
Looking Ahead
Our inclusion in the directory strengthens our commitment to transparency, accountability, and collaboration. As we continue to expand our recycling and re-use programs, our goal is clear: to reduce waste, regenerate resources, and provide New Zealand with a model for sustainable manufacturing that others can follow.
We’re proud to be part of this journey with SBN and the wider business community, and we invite you to explore the directory to see the incredible range of solutions already making a difference across Aotearoa.
